We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst - Expert with advanced data analysis, focusing on Business Objects (BO) and Tableau to join a leading banking client in Brussels.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, transform, and analyse raw data using advanced sourcing and analytical techniques.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to enhance customer engagement and business strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards.
- Provide functional support to users of Business Objects and Tableau, ensuring reliable and efficient usage.
- Define and maintain housekeeping procedures for BO and Tableau environments to ensure data quality and consistency.
Skills & experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience administering and managing Business Objects and Tableau environments
- Strong experience developing Tableau dashboards and Web Intelligence (WebI) reports
- Familiarity with third-party tools such as 360 is an advantage
- At least 6 years' experience in Data Analytics
- Solid understanding of banking operations
- Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Dutch and/or French is highly desirable
- Strong communicator and team player with influencing skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis abilities
