Church International - Enterprise Architect (Process)

As a Process Owner you are a key player of the CoE Architecture, you primarily work on:

• Propose process changes to improve alignment of departments' guidelines while aiming to simplify the architecture and IT strategy processes to make it as lean as possible.
• Align with other bank processes and teams to ensure efficient integration with architecture CoE
• Steer and contribute to workgroups of architects to deliver the expected process/enterprise architecture improvements.
• Manage the backlog of expected process improvements. Ensure clarification of priority and expectations with the CoE's MT
• Ensure roll out of the changes (communication, change management, support, follow up)
• Support daily operation of the architecture process
• Leveraging your architecture and process expertise to engineer the process and tooling to ease daily work of tribe architect while achieving objectives from the CoE.
• Understanding the process requirements for change and concretize them by documenting a proposed solution for continuous improvement., Ensure that expectations from audit and permanent control are met.
• Being the link between the client's processes and the architects, you promote and validate your solutions with all the related stakeholders and validation bodies.

You will need

• 5 years in Enterprise architecture experience for financial services
• 5 years in Experience in process management
• Architecture Certifications are nice to have but not a must
• Good spoken French, Dutch and English
