Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will work in close collaboration with the product owner and IT squads on a freelance basis.
Please be aware this for this role the successful candidate must have a belgium residence and speak English and French.
You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 50% of the time.
Key responsibilities
- Own and follow up on the delivery of features, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and business objectives
- Serve as a point of contact for the features to address inquiries, gathering feedback from different stakeholders, and challenging assumptions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Ability to translate the business needs into clear business requirements for IT and OPS teams.
- Organize and Lead meetings/workshops with stakeholders (business and technical) such as local Cash Management, different business lines, product architects, IT, Operations. Serve as a liaison to the business community.
Required skills
- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
- English and French speaking
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Good understanding of IS and testing
- Good understanding of work flow processes
