- We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Software Delivery Manager with a passion for team development and process improvement.
- In this role you will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- You will act as a central point of contact, coordinating between various teams (developers, testers, project managers, clients) and ensuring the smooth flow of information and resources.
- You are an experienced professional who enjoys taking responsibility and performs strongly both autonomously and as part of a team. In addition, you are communicatively strong and know how to inspire and motivate people.
- As a Software Delivery Manager you are responsible for the quality of the delivered software.
- In your role as Delivery Manager, you are ultimate responsible for the organization and secure Software delivery within the Agile Release Train (ART).
Your responsibilities
- Leading your domain with agile and self-organizing teams towards success
- Managing capacity, required knowledge, and skills within the team
- Translating strategic goals into a feasible and effective IT roadmap
- Executing the business roadmap and ensuring a stable production environment
- Continuously improving processes and collaboration at Portfolio and ART level
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation and achieve goals
