About the role
As a System Engineer, you will be part of our clients' IT teams, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of their infrastructures. You will work on a mix of daily operations and long-term improvement projects, ranging from system administration to modernization initiatives. This role is ideal for consultants who enjoy technical challenges, problem-solving, and contributing to large-scale environments.
Key responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and servers (Windows/Linux)

Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity

Troubleshoot incidents and provide 2nd/3rd line support

Implement and maintain security standards

Contribute to infrastructure projects such as migrations, upgrades, or cloud adoption

Document procedures and ensure knowledge sharing within teams
Your profile

Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience

Previous experience in systems administration or infrastructure support

Familiarity with Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and/or cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Understanding of networking and security basics

Strong analytical and communication skills, with a consultant mindset

Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
