Job description

  • Provide technical support in the use of our platform & end-points (by telephone, ticketing & mail)
  • Configure our services on our platform
  • Implementing & supporting migrations
  • Provide training / webinars to our partners and end users
  • Testing new functionalities and bug fixes


Required experience

  • Knowledge of networks (switches, routers, Firewalls)
  • Broad all-round IT knowledge
  • Experience in (IP) telephony is a plus
  • Motivated and enthusiastic personality
  • Customer focus
  • Problem solving skills
  • Fluent in Dutch speaking, reading & writing
  • Technical English
