We are looking for an Odoo developer who will be able to
- Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules tailored to business needs in Python.
- Connect Odoo with third-party systems and automate workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose the best technical solutions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Odoo applications to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and maintain clear technical documentation.
Experience - requirements
- Experience with Odoo for large scale organizations
- Knowledge of EU institutions and decision-making processes would be an asset
Hard skills:
- Comfortable working with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience with Python, PostgreSQL (or strong SQL skills), and JavaScript
Soft skills:
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize workflows and processes
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent capacity to work and communicate in a multilingual international diplomatic environment
