Role Overview
The position is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive training materials for trainers and end-users of Belgian software applications. This includes creating modular online training content (presentations, videos, voice recordings, exercises), managing a well-structured Q&A platform, and providing support documentation for trainers. The training resources must clearly explain processes, practical application usage, and national interoperability guidelines in an actionable format.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs in collaboration with functional analysts.
- Translate requirements into clear, user-friendly training content and technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain online training platforms and support materials.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and administrative rules.
- Contribute to application maintenance and improvements based on evolving software and hardware.
Background & Language Skills
- Passionate about new technologies.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong team spirit and excellent analytical skills.
- Preferably bilingual (French/Dutch) or at least basic knowledge of a second national language for meetings.
- Technical English proficiency is essential.
