🚧 Your responsibilities
- Implement and configure ITOM modules
- Ensure data quality and consistency within the CMDB
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to integrate ITOM into the existing ecosystem
- Lead business and technical workshops
- Contribute to digital transformation and the optimization of IT processes
🧩 Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM
- Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and data models
- Solid knowledge of network, system, and cloud environments
- Ability to lead workshops and interact with various stakeholders
- Languages: fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
