We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our client as a Data Hub Business Analyst. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers; you will be the architect of requirements, ensuring our data strategies translate into high-impact business solutions.
Based in the heart of Brussels, you will work at the intersection of product ownership, architecture, and technology to foster knowledge continuity and drive the success of our data-driven programs.
Your Mission
As a vital liaison between the business community and technical delivery teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Requirement Engineering: Elicit, analyse, and document business, stakeholder, and transition requirements.

Strategic Collaboration: Work with Product Owners and Architects to align data requirements with broader technology strategies.

Bridging the Gap: Translate complex use cases into actionable designs and test conditions for product and UAT phases.

Traceability & Quality: Actively manage requirements traceability and lead quality management reviews for prototypes and designs.

End-to-End Execution: Drive the Business Analysis strategy through all project lifecycle phases, managing dependencies with internal and external developers.
Skills & Experience

Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in Data/Business Analysis.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent through experience).

Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Conceptual Modelling techniques.

Deep understanding of IT systems, testing workflows, and requirements management.

Proficiency in MS Office (Tableau experience is a significant plus).

Language Skills: You are a multilingual communicator with strong English (written/spoken) and a good working knowledge of Dutch and French.

You understand workflow processes and ideally possess experience within the Banking sector.
