What you'll do:
As DevOps coach you will:
- Help the product development teams to adopt best practices for developing, testing, deploying and releasing applications.
- Improve deliverables of the team by training them on, and assisting them to analyze their current situation, helping them build a plan choosing improvements from following services:

- Software craftsmanship
- BDD/TDD
- CI/CD
- Agile Testing
- Trunk base development
- Cloud, Kubernetes & Containerization
What you bring:
-A strong development profile combined with a proven coaching experience ; good understanding of the SDLC
-Knowledge on testing technics/practice such as TDD/BDD is mandatory
-Proficient with CI/CD processes and best practices
-Experience with testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Karate
-Proven knowledge of cloud technologies (Docker / Kubernetes)
-Thorough experience working in or with Agile development teams
-Experience in the different Agile frameworks
-Experience in Impact mapping, story mapping, example mapping
-Experience in different Software development models:
· Experience in the administration, setup and maintenance of continuous build and integration platforms
· Experience in java development and build
· Experience with source code (Git) and artefact repositories (Nexus)
