Digital Functional Analyst
Job Overview:
Business‐oriented functional analyst role in the digital department, focusing on asset management of network infrastructure, supporting, enhancing, and maintaining software products."
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage functional support of the external asset management platform, including user onboarding validation, functional change testing, and steering committee participation.
- Provide production support and first-line assistance to end-users of internal applications.
- Elicit, refine, and validate business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and process models using UML and BPMN.
- Define domain interface specifications, develop action plans for task decomposition, and supervise functional deliverable reviews and implementation follow-up.
- Design and execute test scenarios for system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Lead estimation and planning sessions, contribute to user documentation and training materials, and suggest process improvements based on practical insights.
