We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a major banking transformation program, with a primary focus on a card issuer replacement initiative. This role centers on Cards, with potential exposure to broader Daily Banking topics over time. Candidates with prior experience in Cards are strongly preferred, though training in banking specifics can be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery and ideation activities by defining problems, assessing value cases, and exploring solution options across channels.
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable work by slicing and preparing topics for delivery squads.
- Drive detailed analysis and technical refinement, including:
- Business requirements documentation
- User story mapping
- Identification and definition of edge cases
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and product quality.
- Contribute at both squad and cluster levels, supporting alignment across dependent teams and ensuring a cohesive product vision.
Profile & skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with Cards or payments-related domains.
- Strong stakeholder management is a must
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
- Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., squads, product-led delivery).
- Familiarity with product lifecycle activities from discovery to delivery.
