A digital customer solutions team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to gather, analyze, prioritize, and coordinate high-quality business requirements. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams (development and quality assurance), co-creating optimal designs and solutions for identified business needs.
This position is initially for a 9-month assignment within a delivery squad responsible for ordering and customer process solutions supporting enterprise operational value streams.
What to Expect

Lead and coordinate the definition, analysis, validation, and maintenance of business requirements and processes for complex and large-scale initiatives by working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Ensure that non-functional requirements align with stakeholder expectations and operational constraints.

Validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.

Build and maintain business process documentation and mapping using process modeling tools.

Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to clarify and validate business requirements.

Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance teams within an Agile delivery model, including participation in collaborative design sessions.

Facilitate solution demonstrations to stakeholders and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile ways of working, actively participating in team ceremonies and squad activities.
Education & Experience

University degree or equivalent professional experience.

5-7+ years of experience in business analysis and project delivery.

2-5 years of experience in business process optimization.

Experience with workflow and enterprise process solutions (e.g., SAP workflow or similar).

Experience with case management/workflow platforms (e.g., Pega or similar) is an asset.

Experience with order management, fulfillment, or operational process domains is considered a strong advantage.
