We are looking for a Functional IAM Business Analyst to join an Identity Governance (IGA) team at one of our clients in the financial sector. This isn't a generic BA role. You'll work at the heart of access governance, shaping how people get, keep and lose access across the organisation.
Your role
You'll define and improve the processes that govern who gets access to what. That includes access request flows, periodic recertification campaigns and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes. You'll make sure these controls are robust enough for internal audit and regulators. You'll also follow up on control findings and translate them into concrete process improvements.
Making access simpler
Your "customers" are internal users: a manager reviewing 200 access rights, or an employee requesting the access they need to do their job. Your goal is to make those journeys simpler and less painful, without compromising compliance.
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in IAM or IT security
- Experience in banking or insurance is a strong advantage
- Hands-on functional experience with an IGA tool. SailPoint IdentityIQ is a big plus; Saviynt or Oracle Identity Manager are also relevant
- Solid knowledge of access reviews and certifications, RBAC and role models, Segregation of Duties (SoD) and least privilege
- Familiarity with banking regulation and control expectations (DORA, ECB/NBB, internal audit findings)
- At ease working with business stakeholders, audit and compliance teams
- Fluent in French or Dutch, plus English
