Job Title: Project Manager / PMO / Team Lead - IT Security

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Project Manager / PMO / Team Lead to act as the rhythm of our IT Security team. This role sits between the Head of IT Security and the project team, ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and efficient execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate excels at guiding and supporting the team, tackling technical and operational challenges alongside them, and keeping leadership informed on progress and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the central point of coordination for the IT Security team, driving alignment between leadership and team members.

Steer project content, map team capabilities, and shape the weekly work structure.

Oversee resource planning and ensure optimal allocation across initiatives.

Address technical and operational challenges with the team, providing support and guidance where needed.

Report progress, risks, and key updates to the Head of IT Security.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, PMO, or Team Lead, ideally in the banking sector or similarly complex environments.

Strong soft skills, including leadership, communication, and stakeholder management; hands-on technical security experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to manage broad responsibilities while supporting and empowering the team.

Comfortable in a “hands-off PM” capacity, focusing on coordination, structure, and strategy rather than day-to-day technical execution.

Experience in shaping team processes, planning resources, and mapping capabilities.
