We're looking for an SailPoint Business Analyst to join our team working on Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with a background as a Business Analyst who have contributed to IAM/SailPoint projects—especially within the financial sector.
Whether you've been validating access controls, managing requirements for identity solutions, or supporting implementations of tools like SailPoint, this is an opportunity to build on that experience in a focused IAM/PAM environment.
Key responsibilities

Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of IAM solutions

Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for identity and access controls

Assist in the development and execution of test plans related to IAM functionalities

Validate roles, entitlements, and policies across systems and applications

Contribute to access reviews, audit remediation, and compliance initiatives

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure IAM solutions meet organizational needs

Provide insights into identity governance, least privilege, and zero trust best practices
Required experience

Background as a Business Analyst in IAM-related projects

Solid understanding of IAM principles (e.g. RBAC, SSO, MFA, least privilege)

Experience with tools such as SailPoint, or similar

Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills

Familiarity with access certification, role mining, or identity lifecycle processes

Experience in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, fintech, etc.)
