Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Security Project Manager to lead and deliver medium-to-large scale cybersecurity initiatives, with a strong focus on Operational Technology (OT), Zero Trust architectures, and firewall-related projects. This role is responsible for managing complex digital programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, and driving successful execution across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT and cybersecurity projects
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and issues
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and best practices
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
- Facilitate effective communication across technical and business teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT or cybersecurity projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Familiarity with OT security, Zero Trust concepts, and network security (e.g., firewalls)
- Experience with project management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
