Objectives:
- Support the Project Lead in Scope definition by understanding the overall objective and constraints in the field of Identity and Access Management.
- Collect requirements and transform them into a structured and comprehensive work product.
- Develop and own the benefits profile through to metrics and ensure business ownership.

- Define clear acceptance criteria which can serve as a comprehensive test set.
- Analysis of Target Operating Model and implementation / migration approach, to refine and validate scope and requirements, to identify changes.
- Organise BA resources, identify and direct ownership of solution domains.
- Develop view of BA resource demand / capacity through the Epic lifecyle.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the need to perform feasibility studies and risks mitigated.
- Working closely with Business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements (functional and non-functional) and translate them into technical specifications.
- Define approach to requirements gathering, and elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements.
- Define approach to data analysis, migration and data cleansing..
- Create and document business processes using BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) tools.
- Contribute to solution integration and implementation or migration strategy, identifying new scope and requirements e.g. for parallel operation of as-is and to-be processes.
- Contribute to Business Change Impact Assessment in collaboration with Change Management teams to ensure that new capabilities and services are adopted for the benefit of the organisation.
- Analyse the impact and the security risks of a new service development on the current system. Capitalise on the existing security measures or mitigations in place and identify benefit profiles.
- Facilitate communication between the business, the IT teams, and the key contributors during the project delivery phase.
- Define a test approach for the identified requirements to ensure that the initiative delivers the expected solution.
- Participate to the validation of the solution through testing and ensure the traceability of the results.
- Update internal and external documentation to ensure its up to date like the standard operating procedures (SOPs) or training material.
- Drive and secure the operational readiness of the project solution.
- Use in-house methodology for the creation of clear and concise documentation.
Required skills and qualifications:
We're looking for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience as Senior Business Analyst to be able to produce the required work products.
- Understanding of Identity Management including: access (de)provisioning, role-based access control, joiner/mover/leaver (“JML”) activities, ServiceNow integrations, knowledge of access control models and policies, security protocols and standards such as SAML, Oauth.
- Experience of onboarding applications in an IAM tool.
- Experience of LAM for Mainframe applications and security sub-system data models.
- Analytical and critical mindset, with a strong attention to detail: Capacity to break down complex problems, interpret and challenge data, and make informed decisions to drive business success.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and presenting) at all levels, from team members to senior management level.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Problem-oriented and solution-driven: Ability to identify and analyse problems, understand their root-cause, and find high-quality solutions.
