Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience (OR) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and platform capabilities, with a focus on resilience, risk, and continuity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, specifically for BCM and OR use cases.
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules including Operational Resilience, Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
- Implement integrations with third-party systems and data sources to support resilience and continuity planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and automated alerts to support real-time decision-making and compliance.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security best practices are followed.
- Provide technical documentation and support for deployed solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow BCM and/or Operational Resilience modules.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Experience with ServiceNow GRC, IRM, or Risk modules is a plus.
- Familiarity with business continuity planning, risk assessments, and incident response frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance or BCM
- ITIL Foundation Certification
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Fusion Risk Management or similar resilience platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, FFIEC, DORA).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
