🚀 Senior .NET Architect | Enterprise Application Modernization
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior .NET Architect to lead the architecture, modernization, and technical governance of a portfolio of business-critical enterprise applications.
This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys shaping architecture strategy, mentoring development teams, and driving large-scale modernization initiatives using modern Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the architecture of multiple application domains and enterprise solutions
✅ Define target-state architecture and modernization roadmaps
✅ Guide development teams on architecture decisions and complex technical challenges
✅ Lead migrations from legacy .NET Framework applications to modern .NET platforms
✅ Drive cloud-native and containerization initiatives
✅ Architect scalable microservices and distributed systems solutions
✅ Provide architectural guidance for Blazor applications
✅ Mentor and coach Full Stack .NET development teams
✅ Facilitate architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical governance activities
✅ Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders
Required Skills
✔ Minimum 4 years of experience as a .NET Architect
✔ Strong expertise in:
- C#
- .NET (Modern .NET & Legacy .NET Framework)
- Blazor
- SQL Server
- MongoDB
- RabbitMQ
✔ Strong knowledge of:
- Clean Architecture
- Software Architecture Design
- Technical Leadership
✔ Experience with:
- Microservices Architecture
- Enterprise Application Modernization
- Leading Development Teams
- Technical Governance
- Cross-Team Technical Delivery
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Professional English skills
✔ Dutch or French language proficiency
