We are looking for an Analyst profile having a good experience on Business Activity Monitoring for Telecom companies.
You will be integrated in a development team to perform the intake process, analysis and part of testing of our business monitoring of internal processes.
You will be part of our client Scrum team and you will interact with multiple teams in the organisation to elaborate requirements on the business activity to monitor, you will determine the sources of information, elaborate needed data to be captured and identify technical solution to access the data sources with the help of our system architect, you will design the flow to be monitored, identify steps, steps state and attached data. You will determine KPIs to be measured, alarming on KPIs, define dashboard to be elaborated and reporting needs for users.
You will estimates the work to be done and inform Project Manager.
You will work closely with our architect and development team to implement the solution.
You will actively participate to unit and system testing to validate that the development is in line with the requirements.
Expected technical knowledge:
Good analysis skills
Good knowledge of telco standard processes (eTom TM Forum)
Good knowledge of telco standard data model (SID TM Forum)
Good understanding of process monitoring, KPIs, dashboarding, alarming
Some experience on Java Development
Good experience on data mapping from different sources (Data Base, XML messages, SOAP calls, Flat File format)
Experience on XML, XSD, WSDL
Experience on integration techniques SOAP, JMS, REST
Knowledge of BPM suite and BPMN notation
Basic knowledge of Unix
Good understanding of UI development (AngularJS, Web design)
Knowledge on WebMethods products (non mandatory)
Knowledge on Elasticsearch & Kibana
Expected soft skills:
Good level of English (speaking and writing)
Experience to work with Scrum methodology
Good communication skills
