We are currently looking for a Service Manager to take ownership of internal projects related to connectivity and infrastructure.
As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring service quality, improving internal processes, and driving operational excellence across the organization. You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to manage and deliver reliable IT services.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate internal projects focused on connectivity and network infrastructure

Ensure service delivery meets internal quality standards and performance targets

Apply ITIL best practices to improve processes and service management frameworks

Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure seamless operations

Monitor and report on service performance, incidents, and continuous improvements
Profile:

Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role within IT operations

Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes

Solid networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, connectivity, troubleshooting)

Experience managing internal technical or infrastructure projects
-
Fluent in French and English

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
