For an international customer in Limburg, I am searching for a Crisis Manager to work in a supply chain - warehouse context, responsible for restoring order, safety, and compliance within the organization during situations of disruption, non-compliance, or acute operational problems. The role focuses on rapid intervention, structural improvement, and ensuring continuity.
Responsabilities
- Crisis analysis & problem diagnosis:
- Rapidly identify violations, risks, and causes of non-compliance.
- Perform risk analyses and impact assessments.
- Report findings to management or MT.
- Enforcement:
- Enforce existing rules, safety regulations, and procedures.
- Implement immediate measures to prevent escalation.
- Provide guidance to supervisors and operational staff.
- Respond to violations according to established guidelines and escalation models.
- Operational crisis management:
- Coordinating actions between departments (logistics, HR, safety, planning, production, customer care, etc.).
- Acting as a central point of contact during incidents or structural crises.
- Communication & stakeholder management:
- Clear communication to employees about rules, changes, and measures.
- Reporting to management, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders.
- Conflict mediation and managing resistance within teams.
- Structural improvement:
- Establishing or improving compliance processes, controls, and KPIs.
- Evaluating incidents and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Training and coaching employees and managers in compliance and safety awareness.
