Freelance Enterprise Architect - Transportation - Brussels - French & Dutch Speaking
For a Brussels client focused on the Transportation Industry, I am looking for a Freelance Enterprise Architect to join on an initial 6-month contract. The main goal of the role will be to create a more efficient, centralized application which will make it easier to access the data.
State of play currently
- The client currently has an inefficient, outdated system (using VB3) in which it is becoming more and more difficult to be a secure data organization.
- Client currently has an in-house intermediary software which combines all their different software packages. All these packages are talking to each other and it isn't as smooth as desired.
Target
- Create a new integration layer which helps the interaction between the packages and ensures a more efficient data layer.
- Have a centralized layer (using APIs) which can feed the data warehouse and ensure a smoother functioning data system
What you need?
- Strong experience within Enterprise Architecture - Knowledge of frameworks and best practices.
- French and Dutch speaking
- Sector experience a bonus.
Logistics
- Hybrid working in Brussels - occasional travel to locations across Belgium may be possible.
- Start ASAP.
