A well-renowned financial client is currently on the search for a Freelance Change Manager. They are looking for an individual who can lead transformation projects ensuring alignment throughout the business. This will be an 8-month contract (Extendable) with a hybrid working model 50% on site in Brussels.
Role
- Be the responsible for project alignment keeping in line the organizations objectives
- Leading assessments and analysis to create effective strategies
- Develop & Lead training programs
- Identify challenges & provide solutions
Profile
- 5+ years' experience in Change Management
- Led multiple organizational transformations
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Previous training or coaching experience
- Experience in AI is useful
- English Fluent. Dutch OR French is a Bonus
