Overview
A leading HR consultancy based in Ghent is seeking an experienced EC SuccessFactors Lead Consultant to deliver a key implementation for a public sector client. This role involves direct customer engagement, functional leadership, and collaboration with internal configuration experts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Employee Central (EC) for a public sector customer
- Conduct customer-facing workshops and gather detailed requirements
- Translate business needs into user-friendly, actionable solutions
- Coordinate testing activities and manage follow-ups
- Collaborate with a configuration expert on solution build
- Conduct internal quality checks, prepare workbooks, demos, and documentation
- Push back constructively when needed to ensure best-fit solutions
- Option to support additional onboarding or HRIS projects (if working 4 days/week)
Required skills & experience
- Proven experience in EC SuccessFactors implementations
- Strong ability to capture, translate, and implement business requirements
- Confident in leading workshops and engaging directly with clients
- Comfortable coordinating testing and managing deliverables
- Able to challenge client assumptions diplomatically when necessary
- Native Dutch speaker (essential)
- Available to be on-site in Ghent at least once per month
