IT Governance & Communication Advisor
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Governance Advisor to support the transformation of the IT department into a true business partner for operational teams and internal stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Create, structure, and maintain an IT Service Catalogue aligned with business and operational needs.
- Promote and drive adoption of IT services and tools across the organization.
- Act as the bridge between IT Management, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication initiatives related to IT projects, updates, and best practices.
- Develop engaging and innovative communication channels (trainings, newsletters, explanatory pages, awareness campaigns, etc.).
- Translate complex IT concepts into clear and business-friendly messages.
- Organize and animate presentations, workshops, and community engagement initiatives.
- Gather operational feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Profile
- Strong experience in Change Management, IT Communication, or IT Governance.
- Experience working in complex and fast-paced environments.
- Previous exposure to operational or customer-oriented environments is considered an asset.
- Experience coordinating between Business and IT teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences.
Languages
- Fluent Dutch ,French and English are mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL or similar).
- Experience in large organizations with multiple stakeholders.
