Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IAM Engineer to join our client's IT Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and applications across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to work on a robust IAM infrastructure based on MicroFocus NetIQ technologies, contributing to both operational excellence and strategic development.
Responsibilities
- Platform management
- Configure, tune, and maintain the Access Management platform
- Support integration of new business applications and IT systems
- Provide technical support and manage incidents related to IAM components
- Test and validate configuration changes, patches, and upgrades
- Platform enrichment
- Design and implement IAM processes, including workflows and approvals
- Develop and customize integrations for new applications
- Optimize user provisioning and access governance
- Quality assurance & collaboration
- Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with IAM standards
- Collaborate with project teams and coach colleagues on IAM best practices
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with strong knowledge of directory services, web technologies (SOAP, REST, Java), and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with Red Hat system administration and J2EE application servers
- Familiarity with MicroFocus NetIQ IAM tools is a plus
- Fluent in English knowledge of Dutch and French is an asset
