Position overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Transformation Project Manager to lead and manage multiple teams in different departments within our organization. This role focuses on IT transformation at the group level, with a specific emphasis on DevOps and Prince2 project management methodologies. The successful candidate will oversee the convergence of tools and manage the migration projects from group tools to group-hosted tools.
Key responsibilities
- Lead IT transformation initiatives at the group level, managing multiple departments
- Present the current status of projects, propose solutions, and unblock issues in a clear and non-technical manner
- Coordinate with various teams and oversee the migration from bank tools to group-hosted tools
- Ensure effective communication and transparency in reporting project progress
- Work closely with roles such as Manager and Product Owner to ensure alignment and convergence of tools
- Monitor and report on migration projects, ensuring they are on track and within scope
- Propose and implement solutions with a strong understanding of IT
Candidate profile
- Seniority is flexible candidates with significant project management expertise in relevant domains are preferred.
- Ideally, a Solution Architect who has transitioned into project management
- Strong understanding of DevOps and Prince2 methodologies
- Familiarity with distributed app development (Java, JavaScript) and Mainframe convergence projects

Language requirements: English proficiency and a local language with a good level of the other
Role specifics:
- Oversee the tools used by developers and testers, such as GIT Lab
- Collaborate with the group for tool selection and oversee the migration process
- Roadmap until 2027, starting with a convergence project focusing on Mainframe
- Work within a small team structure (max 50 people) but understand larger department structures (e.g., 350 people)
