Your responsibilities
- Conduct regular access certification reviews to ensure user access rights align with internal security policies and compliance requirements
- Evaluate and integrate new systems and services into the Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework, with a focus on automation and operational efficiency
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model tailored to the organization's evolving needs
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure access certification processes are well understood and consistently applied
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of access reviews, audit outcomes, and remediation actions
- Identify and mitigate risks related to access control, proposing enhancements to strengthen security and compliance
- Provide technical support for access certification tools, ensuring smooth operation and timely issue resolution
Skills
- Deep understanding of IAM principles, including RBAC and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and propose effective mitigation strategies
- Experience translating business needs-especially HR-related processes-into technical IAM solutions
- Proficiency in conducting audits, analyzing access data, and generating detailed reports
