Industrial IT Project Manager
Job Overview:
Lead and coordinate IT system integrations for industrial energy assets, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards across multiple power plants in Europe."
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT integration projects at thermal, hydro and battery energy storage plants, applying best practices and lessons learned from previous implementations.
- Implement standard solutions for network infrastructure, secure remote connectivity, workplace IT, cybersecurity, physical security, historian interfaces, hosting, digital applications, telephony and public address systems.
- Coordinate with sponsors, steering committees and executive leadership to provide regular project progress reports.
- Collaborate with business development to embed IT requirements into tender documents and define clear responsibility divisions among construction stakeholders.
- Monitor construction milestones to ensure IT deliverables align with schedules for first energization and commercial operation dates.
- Oversee scope, budget and schedule for new asset integrations while ensuring continuous operation of existing systems.

- 3+ implementations of industrial IT solutions in battery energy storage systems
- 5+ leadership experiences of IT projects in power plants
- Scrum certification
- Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner certifications
- PMP certification
