About the opportunity
We're looking for a seasoned Agile Coach to lead and support Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering Agile mindsets, enabling self-sufficient teams, and driving cultural change in complex environments.
Key responsibilities
- Guide teams and individuals in adopting Agile practices tailored to their maturity levels.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
- Lead change management efforts including training, mentoring, and coaching.
- Collaborate with other Agile Coaches to enhance Agile adoption across the organization.
- Customize training materials and documentation to simplify Agile implementation.
- Promote Agile values and behaviors throughout the organization.
Ideal candidate profile
- experience:
- Minimum 6 years in Agile coaching within complex organizations
- Strong facilitation and team dynamics skills
- Experience as a trainer is a plus
- certifications: Certified in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Less, DevOps, etc.)
- soft skills: Empathetic, persuasive, communicative, and a collaborative team player
