Innova - Business Analyst – Onboarding & Customer Access

As part of the shift to a mobile-first experience, the company is accelerating the launch of a fully app-based onboarding process.

You'll join the Oppa team, which focuses on everything related to turning prospects into customers, keeping customer data accurate, and ensuring secure and seamless access to the platform.

 

The Oppa team also supports internal operations teams by maintaining tools that help coordinate tasks across departments, making them more efficient and better aligned.

The company uses the Scrum framework — an agile way of working — so you'll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team focused on continuous delivery and improvement.

 

 

🎯 What you'll be doing

 

As a Business Analyst, you'll help design, document, and improve how customer onboarding and data processes work — both for end-users and internal teams.

 

Your key tasks include:

  • 📄 Documenting current operational processes and keeping them up to date

  • 🔍 Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements

  • 🤝 Collaborating with stakeholders to define future-state processes

  • 🔧 Supporting developers during implementation of process enhancements

  • 📝 Creating or contributing to user manuals, guides, and training materials

  • 🧑‍🏫 Helping deliver trainings to end-users

  • 🔄 Acting as a backup for the other Business Analyst on the team

You'll serve as the bridge between business, tech, and operations, ensuring that solutions meet real user needs and are practical to implement.

 

🧠 What you need to succeed

 

You bring

  • ✅ Experience in business process analysis & improvement

  • 🎯 Strong ability to lead or facilitate workshops to understand how people work

  • 🗣️ Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)

  • 🧩 A structured and organized approach to tasks and documentation

  • 🌍 Fluency in English is required; French and/or Dutch are strong advantages

 

Bonus points if you have

  • 📘 knowledge or certifications in

    • BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation)

    • Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

  • 💳 experience in

    • Banking or Finance

    • Onboarding processes (customer activation)

    • Data management

    • Middle or back Office operations
