As an Expert Test Analyst, you'll lead testing efforts for IAM systems, including SailPoint, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant solutions. You'll collaborate with Agile teams to design, execute, and automate test scenarios that support the mission: the right access, at the right time, for the right reasons.
🔍 What you'll do
- Design and execute test cases for IAM systems (functional & non-functional)
- Collaborate in Agile squads and support UAT
- Manage test environments and data
- Contribute to test automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure quality across the full software lifecycle
✅ What we're looking for
- Proven experience testing IAM solutions (especially SailPoint)
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
⭐ Nice to have
- Experience with Mainframe security (RACF) integration
- ISTQB or similar certification
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation
