Position overview
As Legal Advisor, you will provide the Lands bond with legal advice on the broad aspect of topics concerning social legislation and labor law. You mainly support the Human Resources department of the Lands bond and advise them on the following matters:
- Advice and expertise on social/ labor law
- Changes in social/ labor law
- Legal support and expertise in social management
- HR legal support and expertise on employment contracts
- The company's consultation bodies (OR Cpbw, SD)
- The adaptations of regulations in the labor regulations and other policies
What you'll do
- A master's degree in law with a specialization in social legislation
- A minimum of three years of experience as a corporate lawyer, as a lawyer or as a legal consultant in the field of social legislation.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the joint committees 337 and/or 200 is an added asset
