What you'll do
- Second line support for applications (non-prod and prod)
- Coordinate production deployments (creation of runbooks + follow-up during the complete deployment).
- Responsible for monitoring / documentation / life cycle management of these environments and participation in a correct H20 (Handover to Operations).
- Being autonomous (considering the processes of the bank)
- Constructive solution minded (management of the incident, problem)
- IT operational support of the applications (in collaboration with the applicative tribes)
- Being flexible and ready to work outside normal business hours (on call turn roll 7/7 24/24) is mandatory for this mission
What you bring
- You are able to understand technical and complex architecture design documents
- A good knowledge & comprehension of Control-M on Unix/Linux and on Windows
- Tibco BusinessWorks: services deployment, restart, monitoring, log analysis
- Knowledge of the cloud environment (ex IBM)
- A good knowledge & comprehension of network components (Firewall, load balancer)
- A good knowledge & comprehension of network protocols TCP, HTTP, TLS,...
- You have strong analytical thinking skills.
- You have an overall IT knowledge (Windows, Unix & Linux environment)
- ITIL knowledge
- WebSphere Application Server, MQ, Oracle (able to identify the cause/techno or read the logs)
- Shell script
- PowerShell
