We're looking for a highly organized and proactive PMO Consultant to support a leading player in the Belgian energy sector that's transforming the power landscape to be greener, smarter, and more sustainable.
As a PMO Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting strategic energy projects that directly impact the sustainability, reliability, and innovation of our national Grid infrastructure.
You'll work hand-in-hand with project managers, business experts, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, visibility, and alignment across complex programs and initiatives.
Key responsibilities

Support program & project managers in coordination and communication

Be the guardian of methodologies and best practices (Agile, Prince2, PMI, etc.)

Prepare and follow-up on Steering Committees

Track progress and ensure alignment with roadmaps & milestones

Follow up on risks, issues, planning, and costs

Consolidate monthly and quarterly reporting
-
Facilitate communication between Business & IT
-
Maintain and support program documentation
-
Provide on-demand project guidance and support change management efforts

Assist with resource and budget tracking
Your profile
-
4+ years of experience in PMO and/or Project Management
-
Familiar with PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMI...)
-
Experience with project tools like Sciforma, MS Project, etc. is a plus
-
Strong communicator in Dutch or French, with a good level of English

Detail-oriented and well-organized

Strong analytical thinker with problem-solving mindset

Assertive, autonomous, and results-driven

Skilled in stakeholder management

Financial acumen in budgeting and resource tracking
