Position overview:
The IT Strategy team is growing and is looking for re-enforcement in support, coordination and communication.
Topics on the agenda are many: cloud evolutions, obsolescence management, API governance, data products' adoption, IT Architecture updated rules and principles, etc.
Success here will come from increased impact, scope and credibility.
What you'll do
- Support the IT Strategy team lead in Overall project portfolio management
- Preparation of several transversal Initiative Boards (project SteerCo)
- Analysis of the bank's budget preparation exercise
- Assist in critical thinking, research, analysis, communication, and change management
- Definition and follow-up of action plans on complex topics (i.e. clarification of requirements, coordination of contributors, dashboarding, follow-up to closure on-time)
- Gather input from various stakeholders (e.g. SME, architects, IT strategists, product owners) to deliver slide decks for upper management (right messages, tone tuned to audience, visually polished)
- Maintain up-to-date views on the department budget and actuals, follow-up of department's action backlog
What you bring
- 5+ years of working in Consulting firm or Extensive Experience in working on IT Strategy Formulation and Implementation, Strategic Planning, IT Project and Program Planning and Management, Change Management
- Experience in delivering projects and experience in working with IT managers as CIO, CTO, head of Architecture and CISO
- Ability to understand and navigate the decision-making context of the bank (organization, structure, key roles and processes, main stakeholders, ...)
- Ability to work with IT managers and senior IT Architects to collaboratively design the expected deliverables
- Ability to perform retrospectives and lessons-learned analysis to as to improve the impact of the IT Strategy team
