Our client is looking for a IT Project Manager to join them on a contract basis.
Please be aware this for this role the successful candidate must have a Belgium residence and Speak English, French and Dutch.
You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee deliveries across the Tribe's various squads in line with the concerned IT Tribe leads
- Ensure commitments are met (deadlines, quality, budget) in collaboration with Product Owners, IT Tribe leads and technical teams
- Identify and remove impediments blocking project progress
- Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Audit team
- Communication & Reporting
- Produce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings
Required Skills:

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile environment
- Speaks English, French and Dutch

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence)

Proven experience in project management and delivery management

Experience with banking back-end systems and document management solutions
- Leadership and ability to unite cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Service-oriented mindset and customer focus
- Rigor and strong organizational skills
