For an international organisation, we are looking for a junior to medior IT Project Manager to support and lead a security-driven IT roll-out across a dealer network in Belgium and Luxembourg.
This role is ideal for someone who already has initial experience in an IT project or coordination role and wants to grow further as an IT Project Manager in a concrete, delivery-focused environment.
Your role
As an IT Project Manager, you will help drive the end-to-end execution of an IT roll-out involving the deployment of a secure browser solution to around 120 dealerships.
You will work in a hands-on role, focusing on planning, coordination and follow-up, rather than complex governance or heavy methodology.
The environment is pragmatic, with installations on non-managed machines, requiring good organisation and clear communication.
You will act as a central point of contact between IT teams and stakeholders, ensuring progress and alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the IT roll-out to dealerships in BE & LU
- Track planning, milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate actions between:
- Local IT teams
- International / offshore IT teams
- Belgian helpdesk
- IT contacts at the dealerships
- Proactively follow up on open points, issues and risks
- Prepare clear status updates and reporting
- Bring structure to day-to-day project follow-up and communication
Optional / nice addition
- Contribute to basic IT process improvement initiatives
- Help document and visualise processes (flowcharts, procedures)

Nice-to-haves
