Responsibilities.
- Help run the Data Management operations while taking the lead on Data Quality and Lineage projects from a business point of view. Organizing and managing the operations of the existing technical data services around data quality, lineage, data marketplace, etc., such as:
- Maintain roadmap for these capabilities o Act as a liaison with the Data Office, other DT teams and business stakeholders to align business needs with technical implementation
- Promote a Data Management culture through awareness, training and communication
- Support tool adoption by training users and promoting best practices o Launch and promote new offering on unstructured data quality
- Apply and grow our Data Management strategy, crafting impactful solutions for all domains.
- Be the product owner and overall driving force for our Data management platforms.
- Proactively engage and reach out to DT Domain teams to help tackle data challenges in their most important projects and initiatives
- Advise strategic initiatives around data governance and data management as a subject matter expert.
Requirements.
Skillset and experience
- A Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Engineering, or a related degree.
- 3 years of experience on delivering data governance or management
- Solid understanding of concepts like data products, data lineage, data marketplace, reference and master data, data quality, lineage...
- Experience with the operations of technology solutions and management of external resources and contributors
- Experience with the leading data governance and data management projects
- Collibra ranger certification is a plus, willingness to obtain certification is required
- Good communicator that thrives in a fast paced, challenging and always evolving environment
