About the Role:
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Business Analyst to support ongoing digital workplace initiatives and help drive adoption of M365 solutions across the organization. You will work closely with business teams, IT stakeholders, and change management to translate needs into scalable and user-friendly solutions.
Key Reponsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Platform, etc.)
- Support enhancement of digital collaboration and document management processes
- Define and document AS-IS and TO-BE workflows and business processes
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and configuration
- Support change management, user adoption, and stakeholder communication
- Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution

Provide training support, documentation, and best-practice guidelines
Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital workplace or IT transformation environmenSolid knowledge of M365 applications — especially Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile delivery (user stories, backlogs, sprint reviews)
- Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Miro)
- Excellent English and French or Dutch
- Ability to work onsite in Brussels 2-3 days/week
