IT manager - what is the role?
- Analyze user needs and constraints to propose innovative, tailored solutions; define a strategic roadmap with clear requirements, timelines, budgets, and implementation plans.
- Promote ICT best practices and lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
- Integrate knowledge management, AI, and data handling into digital solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and innovation.
- Maintain clear documentation, provide regular progress reports, and ensure transparent communication across technical teams and stakeholders.
IT manager - who are you
- You hold a university degree and/or have at least 10 years of relevant ICT experience, with a strong track record in leading successful digital projects.
- You have in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of key development tools, application solutions (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM, EAI), and databases.
- You are bilingual in Dutch and French, have a good command of English, and demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- You are results-driven, client-focused, and value structured work, coaching, and team motivation to deliver high-impact solutions.
