Introduction / context
The client is a key player in the dynamic energy market, offering tailored energy. Within this context, the teams collaborate to design, develop, and operate high-quality integrated systems. We are currently looking for a Middleware Operations Analyst to join the Middleware Foundations Squad and support the operational follow-up of system integrations.
Your responsibilities
- Monitor the health and performance of production environments
- Perform first-level technical analysis on incidents and drive them to resolution
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding operational issues
- Support development and testing phases to ensure operational readiness
- Coordinate and execute application deployments and infrastructure changes
- Analyze recurring issues, initiate problem management, and contribute to long-term solutions.
- Provide technical support to key users and functional analysts
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and understand solution architecture
- Participate in extended business hours support (7h-19h) and 24/7 on-call duties for critical components
- Continuously improve operational procedures, documentation, and automation
- Contribute to the transition toward a DevOps operational model

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience)
