We're Hiring: Content Designer (Conversational AI)

We're looking for a Content Designer to help shape engaging, intuitive, and user-centric conversational experiences across our AI and ChatBot platforms.
Hybrid or remote options can be considered.
What you'll do
- Design conversational flows, scripts, and dialogue structures that feel natural and helpful
- Create ChatBot content, FAQs, prompts, onboarding experiences, and user guidance materials
- Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all conversational channels
- Analyze user feedback and conversation data to continuously improve content effectiveness
- Support ChatBot training and optimization efforts through iterative content enhancements
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, AI specialists, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
What we're looking for
- Experience in Content Strategy and UX Writing
- Strong skills in Conversation Design and user-centered content creation
- Knowledge of Accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Understanding of Information Architecture and content organization
- Excellent Copywriting and storytelling abilities
- Experience with User Research and content testing
- Strong multilingual communication skills are a plus
- knowledge of French or Dutch, and English
