Your role
Management of Application Maintenance and Technical Infrastructure for the Permanence Mobility.
As Manager of Application Maintenance and Technical Infrastructure for the Permanence Mobility, your task is to organize preventive, corrective and adaptive of these systems and applications in order to ensure their availability for operators, supervisors, mobility managers, ....
Concretely:
- You ensure the sustainability of the applications and technical infrastructure dedicated to the Permanence Mobility.
- You collect the needs of users at the maintenance/support level and translate them into Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- You define the procedures 'incident management, change, configuration'.
- You launch maintenance public contracts with suppliers.
- You ensure the follow-up of preventive, corrective, and adaptive maintenance (tracking of complaints and requests, dashboard, reporting, ....).
- You propose improvements for maintenance.
- You work closely with colleagues from the Mobility Center and other services of the partner.
About you:
