Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Consultant to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme for a growing organisation based in Antwerp.
The successful consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, supporting integrations, and driving the implementation through to testing and go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Lead workshops with key business stakeholders
- Configure and optimise Odoo ERP modules
- Support process mapping and solution design activities
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations and customisations
- Support data migration and system deployment activities
- Deliver user training and adoption support
- Produce functional documentation and process flows
Experience Required
- 4+ years' experience delivering Odoo implementation projects
- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations
- Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Experience supporting integrations, data migration, and testing activities
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or supply chain environments is desirable
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced project environment
