🧩 The role
As part of a growing team (currently 3 testers), you'll
- Lead test design and execution (manual + automated)
- Validate software quality using SQL queries
- Define and improve test strategies
- Challenge business analysts and developers to raise quality
- Coach junior testers and align with cross-functional teams
- Work entirely in Dutch
👤 your profile
- 5+ years in testing
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Cypress, JUnit5, Jira, Confluence, GIT/SVN
- Familiar with CI/CD, TDD, Java, UML
- Proactive, communicative, and quality-driven
- Fluent in Dutch
