As part of a strategic program related to critical infrastructure, we are looking for a technical Project Lead in IT/OT Security capable of acting as a bridge between IT teams, OT/industrial teams, and business stakeholders.
The mission focuses on the securing, designing, and challenging of critical architectures, within a demanding environment (industrial standards, strong operational constraints).
Key responsibilities
- Act as the technical security lead for critical IT/OT infrastructures
- Challenge and validate network and security architectures
- Ensure alignment with key standards:
- Purdue Model
- IEC 62443
- Define security best practices (IT/OT segmentation, isolation, zones & conduits, etc.)
- Anticipate security risks and propose concrete solutions
- Recommend tools, architectures, and security strategies
- Serve as the technical reference for the Program Manager (bridging strategy and execution)
- Collaborate with:
- IT teams
- OT / industrial teams
- Business stakeholders / management
- Participate in governance meetings and defend technical decisions
Profile
- Senior / Expert in critical infrastructure security
- Strong expertise in:
- IT/OT convergence
- Network segmentation
- Secure architectures
- Hands-on experience with:
- IEC 62443
- Purdue Model
- Ability to:
- Read, understand, and challenge complex architectures
- Be proactive and solution-oriented
- Anticipate security challenges in industrial environments
- Experience in:
- SCADA / ICS environments (strong asset)
- Industry / energy / transport sectors
- Languages
